Accessibility Statement
How this website is built for keyboard, screen reader, magnification, and reduced-motion use, and how to tell us when something does not work.
Legal review notice. This document is a general website-policy template and is not legal advice. It should be reviewed and adapted by a qualified professional for the business location, customer locations, data practices, products, and applicable laws.
Our commitment
Client Onboarding Kits wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, high-contrast settings, voice control, or reduced-motion preferences.
We treat accessibility as part of building and maintaining the site rather than as a one-off task, and we welcome feedback when something does not work for you.
Keyboard navigation
The website can be operated with a keyboard alone. Interactive elements follow a logical order, a visible focus outline shows where you are, and a “Skip to main content” link appears at the top of every page when you first press Tab.
The mobile menu and the frequently asked questions use native HTML disclosure elements, so they open and close with the keyboard and are announced correctly by assistive technology. The site uses no JavaScript, so nothing depends on scripting to function.
Readable typography
Body text is set at a comfortable size with generous line spacing and a limited line length. Text is real text rather than images of text, so it can be resized, restyled, or read aloud.
Pages are built to remain usable when text is enlarged, when browser zoom is increased, and when a custom font or stylesheet is applied.
Color contrast
The colour palette was chosen with contrast in mind, and text is intended to meet or exceed a contrast ratio of 4.5:1 against its background, with larger text and interface elements meeting the relevant thresholds.
Colour is never used as the only way to convey information: status, emphasis, and meaning are also carried by text, shape, or position.
Alternative text
The decorative graphics on this site are built with CSS rather than image files, and they are hidden from assistive technology so they do not add noise. Where a graphic conveys meaning, such as the illustration in the homepage hero, it carries a text alternative that describes what it shows.
If real product photographs are added in future, each one should be given descriptive alternative text, or marked as decorative where the surrounding text already conveys the same information.
Responsive design
The layout adapts to phones, tablets, laptops, and large screens. Content reflows in a single column on narrow screens, tap targets are large enough to use comfortably, and pages are built to avoid horizontal scrolling. Wide content such as the comparison table is contained so that the page itself does not scroll sideways.
The site respects the reduced-motion setting in your operating system: when that preference is enabled, animation and transition effects are switched off. There is no autoplaying media and no flashing content anywhere on the site.
Known limitations
[PLACEHOLDER — record any known accessibility limitations here, along with what is being done about them and an expected resolution date. Examples might include a third-party embed, a document format, or a page area still being reworked.]
Please also note that the Shopify store, where checkout takes place, is a separate platform. Its accessibility is determined by Shopify and by the theme in use there, and it is not controlled by this website.
Standards we work towards
We aim to follow the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a working target. We do not claim any formal certification, audit, or conformance statement, because no independent evaluation has been carried out.
[PLACEHOLDER — if a formal audit is completed, replace this paragraph with the conformance level actually verified, the date of the evaluation, and who carried it out.]
Accessibility feedback
If you meet a barrier on this website, please tell us. Email hello@clientonboardingkits.store with the page address, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology, browser, and device you were using. That detail helps us reproduce the issue quickly.
We will acknowledge your message, work to resolve the problem, and offer the information you were trying to reach in another format wherever we reasonably can.
Review date
[PLACEHOLDER — record the date this statement was last reviewed, and the date of the next planned review, for example every twelve months or after any significant change to the website.]
