By using https://clientonboardingkits.store you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

The website is provided for information about our digital products. It does not process payments, hold accounts, or store orders. Purchases are completed on our Shopify store at https://clientonboardingkits.myshopify.com, where additional platform terms also apply.

Digital products

We sell downloadable client-onboarding templates: welcome packs, questionnaires, forms, checklists, email scripts, agendas, trackers, and workflow systems. All products are digital. No physical item is manufactured, packed, or shipped.

The templates are editable starting points intended to be adapted by the purchasing business. They are supplied for organizational and educational use.

Product information

We aim to describe each kit accurately on this website and on the Shopify listing. Where the two differ, the Shopify product listing is the authoritative description of what is included at the time of purchase.

Product contents may be improved or updated over time. We do not warrant that a description, listing, or any other content on the website is free from errors, and we may correct errors and update information without notice.

Prices and currency

Prices shown on this website are in euros (EUR) and are indicative. The price payable is the price displayed in the Shopify store at the moment of purchase.

Any taxes, duties, or fees that apply to your order are handled through the checkout in accordance with the settings of the store and the applicable law. Prices may change at any time, and a price change does not affect an order already completed.

Shopify checkout

Checkout, payment processing, and digital order processing take place through Shopify. Shopify determines the checkout experience and the available payment methods, and it processes payment through its own providers. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Your use of the store is also subject to Shopify’s own terms and privacy practices.

Orders

An order is placed when you complete checkout on the Shopify store and payment is authorised. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where a pricing or description error has occurred, where payment cannot be verified, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will arrange a refund of that payment.

Digital delivery

After a successful purchase, digital-delivery instructions are supplied with your order. Access is provided through the arrangements in place on the store, and instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout.

You are responsible for entering a correct email address, for downloading your files, and for keeping your own copy safely. If a download does not arrive or does not work, contact hello@clientonboardingkits.store and we will help.

Intellectual property

All templates, documents, text, layouts, designs, graphics, and website content are owned by Client Onboarding Kits or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Buying a kit gives you a licence to use it as described in the Template License. It does not transfer ownership of the templates or of any underlying design or system to you.

License limitations

The standard licence is a single-business commercial licence. In summary, you may customize the templates for one purchasing business, add your branding, use them when onboarding that business’s own clients, share the completed client-facing documents with those clients, allow your own team members and contractors to use them for that business, and print reasonable copies.

You may not resell the templates in original or modified form, sublicense or redistribute them, share source files with unrelated businesses, upload them to public download platforms, include them in memberships, courses, resource libraries, or marketplaces, claim the original template design as your own work, or use one purchase across multiple unrelated businesses. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website or the products to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, to distribute malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, to interfere with the operation of the website, or to scrape or copy the site for the purpose of republishing it.

Prohibited redistribution

Redistribution of the template files is the one restriction we ask you to take most seriously, because the files are the product. Sharing, publishing, selling, giving away, or otherwise distributing the templates outside the purchasing business is a breach of these Terms and of the Template License, and may also infringe copyright.

Where a serious or repeated breach occurs, we may terminate the licence granted with the affected purchase and pursue any remedy available to us under the applicable law.

Educational and organizational disclaimer

The templates and the website are provided for organizational and educational purposes. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for a professional contract or for advice from a qualified adviser in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for customizing the materials, for confirming that every detail is accurate before sending a document to a client, for reviewing the policies you adopt for your own business, for using secure methods when handling sensitive information, and for obtaining professional advice where it is needed.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not promise or guarantee any particular result from using the templates. That includes, without limitation, revenue, business growth, client acquisition, client retention, client satisfaction, time saved, or regulatory compliance. Outcomes depend on your own work and on circumstances outside our control.

Third-party services

The website links to third-party services, including our Shopify store. We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party services, and a link does not imply endorsement of anything beyond the service itself. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
